FAQ
Common questions, short answers.
How long does an annual report take to design?
A standard annual report runs 6 to 10 weeks from kick off to final artwork. Reports with sustainability sections or microsite components run 10 to 14 weeks. Tell us your board approval and lodgement dates and we will work backwards from there.
How much does an annual report cost in Australia?
Most projects sit between AUD $12,000 and $45,000. The driver is page count, format, and how much original data visualisation you need. ASX listed reports usually run $18,000 to $35,000. See the full pricing bands.
Do you work with companies outside Melbourne?
Yes. We are based in Victoria and deliver reports to clients in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra. Most of the project runs over video, file sharing and shared review tools.
Can you make our report WCAG accessible?
Yes. We deliver tagged accessible PDFs and HTML reports that meet WCAG 2.1 AA. This is a hard requirement for federal and state government reports under the PGPA Act and Department of Finance guidance, and increasingly expected by listed companies.
Do you handle print management?
Yes. We run prepress, print procurement, paper stock selection, finishing and mailing house delivery. You also have the option to take press ready files to your existing supplier.
Will you sign an NDA before seeing our financials?
Always. Pre release financial information is treated as market sensitive under ASX Listing Rule 3.1 and the ASIC financial reporting framework. We sign NDAs as standard and limit access to the project team.
Can you start mid project if our existing supplier falls over?
Yes. We rescue annual reports that have stalled. Send us your current files and the deadline. You receive a triage within 48 hours.
