What the brief asked of us.

Lift the report from a corporate compliance document into a member-celebration piece volunteers want to share.
Make the financials and governance disclosures easy to skim for the AGM audience.
Carry the brand colour blocks and pictogram system from the new identity through every spread.

How we designed it.

Built a flexible 12-column grid that mixes full-bleed program photography with crisp data callouts.
Designed a colour-coded section system so members can jump straight to programs, governance or financials.
Treated the financial statements as a designed editorial section, not an appendix dump.
